Welcome to Vera's Canine Corner!
I've loved dogs all my life, and when I went away to college, I couldn't have a dog. So... I got on the Internet and read dog newsgroups, dog mailing lists, dog webpages. Everything dog. I learned about training, feeding, health, etc. There's so much information out there! Alot of it I'd never known because I hadn't been around "dog people". Now that I've done so much reading, I feel much better prepared for my first dog of my own - the German Shepherd Dog I've been wanting since I was little.
The purpose of this site is to show off pictures of my babies and their friends, and also to provide information and links to dog knowledge. I hope you enjoy it, and let me know if you have ideas for improvement of the site!
